PDF Filer is a utility that lets you view PDF documents differently. It shows them in a hierarchical structure of two steps, where there are 3 sections of information: customer, subject and document type.

PDF Filer is intended for use with a copier that scans files over the local network. When a PDF is saved in its corresponding destination folder, then the user is notified that, in this way, they can be informed of the content of the PDF and if it's worth it, read it.

With PDF Filer you eliminate the need to manually open each file, close it again, move it to the appropriate folder or rename it. For the proper functioning of PDF Filer you need to have previously installed Acrobat Reader.
